The training course was attended by 60 female directors of cooperatives; heads of cooperative groups and members of cooperatives and cooperative groups from 8 districts and cities in the province.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Bich Van, Vice President of the Thai Binh Provincial Women's Union, the role of the collective economy , with the core being Cooperatives and Cooperative Groups, in the overall economic development, and the requirements to improve the operational efficiency of Cooperatives and Cooperative Groups. Therefore, this training session will focus on exchanging and sharing experiences in the process of establishing and maintaining Cooperatives and Cooperative Groups.
Attending the training course, female leaders of Cooperatives and Cooperative Groups listened to the reporters of the Provincial Women's Union and the Department of Science and Technology deploy the contents of Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022 of the Central Executive Committee of the Party on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy in the new period; New points of the Law on Cooperatives 2023.
At the same time, the reporters emphasized some issues on digital transformation and the use of online public services; Knowledge of e-commerce; Skills in participating in e-transactions, online business, putting products on e-commerce platforms; Some current multi-channel sales and smart sales solutions; introducing some typical models of Cooperatives and Cooperative Groups managed by women.
The training course aims to encourage, motivate and improve knowledge for women to better manage Cooperatives and Cooperative Groups.
In line with the actual situation, female leaders of Cooperatives and Cooperative Groups also shared about the advantages, difficulties, and wishes for maintenance and development.
The training course to improve the capacity of female managers of cooperatives and cooperative groups organized by the Provincial Women's Union aims to encourage, motivate and improve knowledge for women to better manage cooperatives and cooperative groups.
