After more than 3 months of launching, the contest has attracted widespread attention with 109 ideas/projects participating, reflecting diversity and creativity in many fields such as: food processing, beauty services, health care, handicraft products, community tourism development... Of these, there are 3 projects from enterprises, 66 from business households and 40 from other individual businesses. Notably, many projects focus on exploiting indigenous resources, with the potential to participate in the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program of the province.
After many rounds of judging, 16 outstanding projects surpassed other projects to compete in the Final round.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Final Round, Ms. Vo Thi Bach Yen, President of the Binh Duong Provincial Women's Union, said: "Women are increasingly interested in the Association's and the Competition's activities to support women's start-ups. That clearly demonstrates the desire to enhance economic power, affirm the position and capacity of women in the context of digital transformation, overcoming all barriers and gender prejudices."
In order to best support the candidates, the Provincial Women's Union previously organized direct training sessions, providing knowledge to complete project implementation plans, presentation skills, as well as in-depth consultation. These activities helped the candidates feel more confident when entering the most important round.

Contestant, Ngo Ngoc Phuong, project "Business of nutritious nut milks - Small Shop - Healthy Lifestyle", shared that the process of preparing the application helped her summarize her efforts, evaluate the results achieved and clearly define the next direction. The competition also opened up an opportunity to introduce the project to the community of female entrepreneurs - the potential customer group that her project is targeting.
"My nut milk project has now entered the expansion and development phase with a stable number of customers. The project provides nutrients and is safe and healthy for consumers. At the same time, I also want to share my startup experience with women in need. At the competition, I also realized that there are many good projects, in which women put a lot of effort into very creative products. I also admire their projects."

Ms. Tran Thi Minh Ha, member of the Standing Committee of the Women's Union of Ben Cat City (Binh Duong Province), said that Ben Cat women actively responded to the Provincial Startup Competition with 17 ideas and projects submitted. Of these, 3 excellent projects made it to the Final round, including: a project on bamboo and rattan products, a project on developing garden tourism, and a project on producing tire salt and pepper.
"Through the contest, women in Ben Cat not only have the opportunity to be trained and improve their knowledge to complete their projects, but also to exchange, learn and promote their products to the public. The contest is also an opportunity to spread the entrepreneurial spirit among members, while contributing to the effective implementation of Project 939 - Supporting women to start businesses, thereby attracting and engaging more and more members with the Association," said Ms. Ha.
This year’s competition is not only a playground for creative ideas, but also a bridge and platform for women’s start-up projects to have the opportunity to develop, connect to the market and find investors. This is an important step in promoting the female start-up movement, contributing to building a strong, dynamic female entrepreneur force, keeping up with the trend of digital transformation and sustainable development.
Mr. Phan Dinh Tuan Anh, Director of ANGELS 4 US LLC, a member of the jury, commented: "The participating projects are carefully invested, diverse in ideas, spread across many fields such as handicrafts, food, tourism, agriculture... The contest's theme has been effectively exploited by the contestants. Many projects demonstrate serious preparation with clear plans, knowing how to apply advanced technology.
