After 2 and a half years Implementing the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, along with encouraging results in socio-economic development, the work of Party building and rectification and the political system of Binh Lieu district continues to have many innovations, constantly improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and grassroots, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party organization.
The work of Party building and rectification and the political system of Binh Lieu has been strengthened in all areas of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, inspection and supervision, and mass mobilization, in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII), Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle.
Since the beginning of the term, Binh Lieu District Party Committee has issued 14 resolutions, 9 directives, 38 programs, 18 regulations, 11 provisions, 252 plans, 243 conclusions, 533 notices and other important documents to specify the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels and the directions of the Central and the province to lead and direct the successful implementation of local political tasks, and solve key and urgent issues in all fields.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has actively led and directed Party committees at all levels to strengthen innovation in political and ideological work, aiming to raise awareness of Party committees, authorities and the political system, create social consensus, and bring the Party's guidelines and policies into life.
Organizational and personnel work has been comprehensively and synchronously innovated, continuing to be identified as a breakthrough and key step to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party. Party committees and authorities from district to grassroots levels have stepped up direction to innovate working methods, improve work efficiency associated with individual responsibilities, ensuring "clear people, clear work" associated with specific products.
For example, to carry out the task of bringing Binh Lieu to the new rural finish line by 2022, along with issuing a resolution, the District Party Committee has Assign tasks to each member of the Standing Committee, member of the District Party Committee, member of the Steering Committee to perform tasks in charge of specific contents, targets, and criteria of the area; establish 7 working groups in charge of inspecting, guiding, and supporting communes and towns in performing tasks. At the same time, organize counting and evaluating the implementation of tasks on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, in conjunction with the responsibilities of the leaders. Thereby, promoting the responsibility of cadres and party members in performing political tasks, contributing significantly to the goal of bringing the district to new rural standards by the end of 2022.
Since the beginning of the term, the district has transferred and rotated 52 cadres, approved the planning of 35 members of the District Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, ensuring a reasonable number and structure; organized examinations for 9 leadership and management positions; sent 1,061 cadres to attend training, fostering and updating knowledge classes. 86/86 Party cell secretaries who are village and neighborhood heads following the model of "People trust - Party nominates" continue to promote their capacity and responsibility, becoming a bridge between the Party and the people in implementing tasks from the grassroots level.
The work of inspection, supervision, and enforcement of Party discipline associated with inspection according to State law has been focused on ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency; focusing on key, key issues that are prone to errors. Since the beginning of the term, the district has conducted 227 inspections and supervisions of 638 Party organizations and 97 Party members. Along with that, mass mobilization work in the political system has been innovated, oriented towards the grassroots, associated with the skillful mass mobilization model, key tasks, and patriotic emulation movements that create a widespread influence among the people.
The achievements in Party building work in Binh Lieu have been creating important momentum to promote local socio-economic development, thereby constantly consolidating and enhancing people's trust in the Party.
