At 7:00 p.m. on July 23, the center of storm No. 4, internationally named Comay (Co May), was at about 17.7 degrees North latitude; 118.9 degrees East longitude, in the eastern sea of ​​the North East Sea.

Forecast of strong winds and rain in the next 24 hours: Eastern sea area of ​​the North East Sea: strong winds level 6-7, near the center of the tropical depression level 8, gusting to level 10; rough seas; waves 2.0-4.0m high.

Forecast: The Eastern Sea of ​​the North East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7, near the storm center strong winds of level 8-9, gusts of level 11; waves 3.0-5.0m high. Very rough seas.

Vessels operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are susceptible to the impact of storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
