Ministry of Home Affairs announces hotline to answer questions about the activities of two-level government

The column “Questions and answers on the activities of 2-level local governments and decentralization, delegation of authority, and determination of authority” is set up on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Home Affairs here. The column consists of 3 parts: Questions and answers on 2-level local governments, questions and answers on administrative procedures and looking up legal documents.

This section is like an open forum, creating favorable conditions for people, officials and civil servants to access accurate and clear information about the functions, tasks and powers of the two-level local government - unprecedented.

Through this column, the Ministry of Home Affairs will regularly update questions and specific, practical, easy-to-understand answers related to decentralization and delegation of power between the central and local levels; between provincial and communal levels; between state administrative agencies and public service units; as well as issues arising in the organization of the government apparatus, the activities of People's Councils and People's Committees at all levels.

In particular, citizens and civil servants can send questions directly via email, or call the hotline 0968.218.126 for timely advice and guidance.

Legitimate feedback and recommendations will be studied, answered, or forwarded to competent authorities for consideration and handling in accordance with the law by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Previously, the Ministry of Home Affairs also released the "Commune-level Local Government Handbook" in both paper and electronic forms./.
