Bridge C10 is located on Provincial Road 662, about 20m long, connecting Blom village with village 2 (Ia Pa commune). Provincial Road 662 connects directly with National Highway 25 and National Highway 19. In the afternoon of the same day, the authorities discovered that the bridge abutment had been eroded and cracks had appeared across the bridge.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Liem, Vice Chairman of Ia Pa Commune People's Committee, said that the commune was concerned that the continued traffic could cause the bridge to collapse, endangering people, so it was forced to put up a no-go rope. The locality has notified the road management unit to inspect and assess the safety of the bridge.
