The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment established 10 working groups to support the resolution of local problems.

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has just issued a decision to establish 10 working groups to grasp the situation, guide and resolve difficulties and problems of localities in the fields of agriculture and environment, especially in the initial stage of operating the two-level local government organization model.

The Decision is based on Conclusion No. 169-KL/TW dated June 20, 2025 of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the reorganization of the apparatus and administrative units, and Document No. 547-CV/ĐUCP dated June 21, 2025 of the Government Party Committee Office. In addition, Decree No. 35/2025/ND-CP dated February 25, 2025 stipulating the functions and tasks of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment , and two Official Dispatches No. 110/CD-TTg and 111/CD-TTg dated July 17, 2025 of the Prime Minister on implementing the Central Resolution and removing difficulties in digital transformation, are also important foundations.

10 Working Groups were established with specific assignments as follows:

Delegation 1: Led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Hoang Hiep, worked in Gia Lai and Lam Dong.

Delegation 2: Led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa, supporting Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh and Quang Ninh.

Delegation 3: Led by Deputy Minister Tran Thanh Nam, concentrated in An Giang, Can Tho, Vinh Long, Ca Mau and Dong Thap.

Delegation 4: Led by Deputy Minister Tran Quy Kien, worked in Lang Son, Phu Tho, Lai Chau, Son La and Dien Bien.

Group 5: Led by Deputy Minister Le Cong Thanh, supporting Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Tay Ninh.

Delegation 6: Led by Deputy Minister Phung Duc Tien, working in Dak Lak and Khanh Hoa.

Delegation 7: Led by Deputy Minister Le Minh Ngan, supporting Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri and Hue.

Delegation 8: Led by Deputy Minister Nguyen Quoc Tri, working in Cao Bang, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang and Lao Cai.

Delegation 9: Led by Deputy Minister Hoang Trung, supporting Hanoi and Ninh Binh.

Delegation 10: Led by Deputy Minister Vo Van Hung, worked in Da Nang and Quang Ngai.

Each delegation includes members from units under the Ministry, with the number and composition decided by the Head of the delegation, ensuring specialization and flexibility in work.

The delegations will focus on three main contents: grasping the situation of organizational arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units; providing guidance on decentralization, delegation and division of authority; and resolving difficulties in implementing administrative procedures in the initial phase of operating the two-level government model. The expected working time is in August 2025, with a specific schedule arranged by the Deputy Ministers and Heads of the delegation.

The working groups will listen to reports from localities, discuss directly related issues and conduct on-site inspections at some agencies and units proposed by localities if necessary. Close coordination between the working groups and localities will ensure effective support.
