Adding items, speeding up the handover of the office building of the Provincial Radio and Television Station

Comrade Nguyen Van Toan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation inspected the construction site of the Provincial Radio and Television Station.

The Provincial Radio and Television Station office building is expected to be the headquarters of Hoa Binh Newspaper after the merger. The project uses capital from the Socio -Economic Recovery and Development Program according to Resolution No. 11/NQ-CP of the Government. The project has a total investment of more than 98 billion VND, and will be implemented from September 2022 with a synchronous scale and design. The total usable floor area is nearly 3,600 m². The project includes many items, including a 5-storey office building with a system of functional rooms arranged reasonably, modern and specialized equipment, effectively serving the operations of all types of press.

Up to this point, the main construction and installation packages have been basically completed. Some items such as electricity and water connection, fire prevention and fighting acceptance, interior finishing are still being urgently implemented, expected to be handed over in May 2025.

Through the actual inspection, the working group requested the investor to review and adjust a number of items to maximize the functionality, take full advantage of the location... in line with the orientation of becoming the headquarters of Hoa Binh Newspaper after the merger.

In his concluding remarks, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The project has been invested in a systematic manner, with a modern design and a working space suitable for a multi-platform press model, meeting well the requirements and tasks of propaganda in the new period.

Acknowledging the efforts of the project investor, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested the unit to seriously absorb the recommendations of the working group, promptly supplement and adjust to ensure that the project is completed synchronously, suitable for practical operation and usage requirements after the merger. He assigned the Provincial People's Committee Office, relevant departments and branches, Hoa Binh Newspaper, the investor and the construction contractor to strengthen coordination, speed up the procedures for connecting technical infrastructure, synchronously inspect equipment, complete the acceptance documents to hand over the project, and strive to put it into use in June 2025.
