On the morning of May 21, the Provincial Red Cross Society (RCS) organized a ceremony to provide financial support to build houses for victims of Agent Orange /dioxin.   have difficult circumstances in Phu Cu district and Yen My district.

Family of Agent Orange victim Dang Duy Ngoc, Trung Hoa commune (Yen My) happily received support money to build a house.

These are the families: Mr. Hoang Van Tin, in Tran Cao town, Mr. Le Minh Cong's family, Minh Tan commune (Phu Cu) and Mr. Dang Duy Ngoc's family, Trung Hoa commune (Yen My) with a total support fund of 80 million VND/family taken from the "For the Poor" Fund of Hung Yen province.
