Transferring more than 2 hectares of national defense land to serve Bai Sau Square

Previously, on May 5, 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1200/QD-UBND, approving the local adjustment of the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan of Bai Sau area with a total area of ​​over 246,103m², including 19 locations.

Of which, there are 2 locations of national defense land at 165 and 165A Thuy Van Street, with a total area of ​​over 2 hectares, which are locally adjusted to implement the component items of Thuy Van Sea Square. This is a highlight project of the Thuy Van Street renovation project that Vung Tau City is implementing.

Leaders of Thang Tam ward contributed their opinions at the conference announcing the local adjustment of the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan of the Bai Sau area.

In addition, other land locations are also adjusted from urban green land, project land, land of old headquarters... to commercial service land to implement smart parking lots, highlight works, basements.
