At 3:30 p.m. on May 23, the provincial Hydrometeorological Station forecast that on May 24, areas in Hai Duong will continue to have moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind. The total rainfall for the entire period will be from 30 to 50 mm, with some places exceeding 80 mm.
