Propagating the implementation of civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals in Ninh Nhat commune

Conference delegates.

At the conference, delegates listened to the representative of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee convey the implementation of the model "Mobilizing religious compatriots and people to practice civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals"; the content and solutions to effectively implement the model; the responsibilities of the Fatherland Front, mass organizations and people in building and implementing the model.

Propaganda to encourage the organization of mass weddings; organize tea parties instead of salty parties; decorate the wedding venue solemnly, politely, in accordance with traditional customs; do not use the roadside or sidewalk to set up wedding tents; limit the use of tobacco, alcohol, and beer; when organizing funerals, do not use funeral music before 6am and after 10pm; use rotating wreaths; do not scatter votive paper and other money on the funeral procession; protect the landscape and environment, maintain public hygiene. Do not take advantage of participating in festival activities to perform superstitious acts.

Through the conference, the aim is to raise awareness, role, responsibility and proactive participation of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the people in implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals and festivals. Thereby contributing to improving the quality of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", minimizing backward and wasteful customs.
