Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance reported to the Prime Minister to continue implementing the reduction of 36 fees and charges from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, with the collection rates of some fees and charges reduced by 10-50%.
Specifically, the fee for granting a license to establish and operate a bank is 50% of the fee prescribed in Circular No. 150/2016/TT-BTC stipulating the fee collection, collection and payment regime for granting a license to establish and operate a credit institution; license to establish a foreign bank branch, representative office of a foreign credit institution, other foreign organizations with banking activities; license to provide intermediary payment services for non-bank organizations.
Along with that, the fee for exploiting and using environmental data is 70% of the fee specified in the Table of fees for exploiting and using environmental data issued together with Circular No. 65/2023/TT-BTC stipulating the fee, collection, payment, management and use of fees for exploiting and using environmental data.
For fees for water exploitation and use implemented by central agencies: The collection rate is equal to 80% of the fee rate specified in the Table of fees for water exploitation and use implemented by central agencies, issued together with Circular No. 01/2022/TT-BTC stipulating the collection rate, collection, payment, management and use of fees for water exploitation and use implemented by central agencies.
Regarding the airport and seaport exploitation franchise fee, the collection rate is equal to 90% of the collection rate prescribed in Article 4 of Circular No. 247/2016/TT-BTC dated November 11, 2016 of the Minister of Finance stipulating the collection rate, collection, payment, management and use of airport and seaport exploitation franchise fees...
