Over the past years, the Party Committee, Command 86, Party committees and commanders at all levels in the entire Command have identified that thoroughly grasping and implementing the emulation movement "Good financial management unit" is an important factor, contributing to the implementation and completion of the Command's tasks.

Every year, 100% of units in the entire 86th Command meet the standard of "Good financial management unit" at a fair level or higher, and are awarded the title of "Determined to Win Unit" and "Advanced Unit" by the Command. The Command is assessed to have a good and effective financial work discipline. The emulation movement "Good financial management unit" has actively contributed to the successful completion of the Command's political tasks as well as all aspects of work to ensure the improvement of the material and spiritual life of soldiers, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong "exemplary and typical" unit.

In the coming time, the Party Committee of Command 86 determined to continue promoting the emulation movement "Good financial management unit" to a new level of development, both in breadth and depth. Managing and using finance to serve assigned tasks well, contributing to building Command 86 as a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern, compact, strong force as the core to build a modern all-army cyberspace combat force and a solid all-people national defense posture in cyberspace, always ready to fight and fight victoriously, firmly protecting the interests and sovereignty of national cyberspace.

Concluding the conference, Major General Vu Huu Hanh emphasized that in the coming time, the Command will continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Party's resolutions and Ho Chi Minh's thought on patriotic emulation, linking the content of the emulation movement "Good financial management unit" with emulation movements and campaigns of all levels, sectors, the Army and the Command; focusing on building the finance sector of the Command in the direction of being lean, compact, and strong, with a team of financial officers and employees with strong political will, good moral qualities, and high professional capacity. Thoroughly grasp and strictly comply with the regulations of the State and the Ministry of National Defense on financial work; well implement the leadership regulations of Party committees at all levels on financial work.
