The training course aims to update and supplement new content on guard work, the use of newly-installed weapons and procedures for operating, announcing and alerting air defense. Thereby creating unity, contributing to building a regular and disciplined system in the unit.

This training session lasted for 3 days (from May 6 to May 8). During this time, the participants were trained in guarding, using newly assigned weapons; organization, physical training methods, combined arms tactics; operating procedures, announcements, air defense alarms of observation posts, command posts, and command positions at all levels.

Overview of the training class.

Speaking at the opening of the training, Colonel Le Thanh Hai, Deputy Commander of Coast Guard Region 1, emphasized: Of the 3 training contents of this session, 2 new contents have been deployed and unified throughout the force. Therefore, the Deputy Commander of the Region requested the Organizing Committee of the training course to monitor, direct and operate the training contents according to the approved plan. Teachers must focus on studying and teaching the assigned contents, ensuring quality, and reporting the training results to the Organizing Committee.

The training process focuses on practical training and awareness of each trainee. At the end of the training, a test must be organized, a report must be written to serve as a basis for assessing the trainee's awareness as well as storing it for testing at all levels according to regulations. Trainees must promote a sense of responsibility, be proactive, and self-disciplined in studying, practicing, properly absorbing the content imparted, and complying with the discipline and regulations of the training class.

After training, apply it in practice to the implementation of tasks at the units according to the prescribed instructions. On the side of the agency, the unit must assign staff to strictly manage the number of trained personnel of their agency or unit. After the training, organize dissemination, dissemination, and uniform implementation of the contents throughout the unit.
