During the day, two reporters from the Hanoi Capital Region Military Procuracy (Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Quang Huy, Director and Lieutenant Colonel Pham Nhat Long, Prosecutor) introduced three topics: Basic contents of the law on management and use of weapons, explosives and supporting tools and detailed regulations and instructions for implementation; regulations of the law on participation in road traffic and solutions to ensure road traffic safety; introducing some provisions of Circular No. 143/2023/TT-BQP dated December 27, 2023 regulating disciplinary actions in the Vietnam People's Army and some specific articles stipulated in Chapter XXV of the Penal Code regulating crimes of violating the duties and responsibilities of military personnel and the responsibilities of those attached to the Army in combat and combat service.

The contents of the propaganda session equipped officers, professional soldiers and new soldiers of Brigade 144 with the basic contents of a number of crimes stipulated in the 2015 Penal Code and regulations on disciplinary action, criminal handling of desertion, violations of regulations on road traffic participation...

In combination with the dissemination and popularization of legal documents, the reporters have proactively integrated and presented a number of "desertion" cases that have been tried in the recent past to disseminate to officers, professional soldiers, and new soldiers in the unit.
