Besides, honoring the great achievements of the country: Introducing and affirming important, comprehensive and historically significant achievements in the fields of economy, culture, society, national defense, security, foreign affairs... in the past 80 years, especially the period of innovation, integration and development; creating a space to inspire and orient the future: Through the exhibition, arousing the belief, will, and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country; encouraging the spirit of innovation and creativity among all classes of people, especially the young generation.
Along with that, linking propaganda, foreign affairs, investment promotion activities is an opportunity to promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam, creating conditions to enhance international exchanges and cooperation; promoting trade, investment, tourism and affirming the position of Vietnam in the region and the world . In particular, promoting the role of ministries, branches, localities, creating conditions for agencies, organizations, enterprises, and localities to introduce outstanding achievements, typical models, thereby sharing experiences, strengthening coordination, contributing to the successful implementation of socio-economic development goals in the next stage.

The Ministry requires units to adhere to the purposes and requirements of the Project; ensure political, ideological and effective propaganda; ensure savings, safety, efficiency, and avoid formality: The organization plan must be built scientifically, specifically, with a clear roadmap, using resources reasonably, avoiding waste, formality, and ostentation, and ensuring absolute safety during the organization process. Agencies and units under the Ministry identify this as a key task; ensure close coordination, promote the responsibility of the units to effectively and timely implement assigned tasks. Activities are organized in many suitable forms, prioritizing modern, attractive forms of expression, suitable for digital media trends, and the content must reflect honestly, vividly, objectively, with a focus, key points, and selectively highlight outstanding results.
Accordingly, the Ministry assigned the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions to be the standing unit, advising on the organization of the "Exhibition of socio-economic achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025)"; preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units inside and outside the Ministry to implement the Project to ensure content, quality and progress according to plan. The Department is responsible for advising and proposing the development of draft Projects, Plans, and Decisions as a basis for organizing the exhibition; advising on the establishment of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee and Sub-committees; advising and proposing the allocation of exhibition booth areas; consulting on documents of the Steering Committee, Organizing Committee, etc.
The Department advises on the planning of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and organizes the implementation of the plan after approval; coordinates with the Ministry Office and relevant agencies and units to propose a list of guests and delegates; coordinates with the Department of Performing Arts, Hanoi Opera House and relevant units to draft the content of the art program at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and prepares the necessary conditions for organizing the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. At the same time, urges and synthesizes the display content submitted by agencies, units, localities and organizations to participate in the Exhibition; advises and proposes opinions on the display content.
At the same time, preside over and coordinate with relevant units to advise and propose the selection of a consultant for the management and operation of the Exhibition; advise on the overall design plan, the general identity (key visual), the exhibition entrance, outdoor and indoor signs, general celebration decorations, separate exhibition spaces managed by the Ministry, publications, invitations, gifts, other documents... of the exhibition. In particular, provide information content in the management field, coordinate with the Copyright Office to prepare content and conditions to ensure the implementation of tasks in the exhibition area of 12 cultural industries; provide information, coordinate with the Press Department and other agencies and units to advise on the development of a Propaganda Plan...
For the Press Department, the Ministry assigns the task of presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to develop the Exhibition's Propaganda Plan; directing and guiding press agencies to promote information, propaganda and promotion content about activities taking place before, during and after the exhibition; monitoring reporters' reporting activities on the Exhibition, promptly reporting and asking for opinions from the Ministry's leaders to handle arising situations (if any). In addition, presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to organize press conferences to announce the event; presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to establish a Press Center at the Exhibition; presiding over press work at the Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony and other programs and activities at the Exhibition...
For the Copyright Office, the Ministry assigns the task of presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to advise, propose, and develop exhibition content at the Creative Space to construct - display, and arrange works of art, products of 12 cultural industries and achievements of each field. At the same time, provide information content in the management field, coordinate with the Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibitions to prepare content and conditions to ensure the implementation of tasks at the Vietnam Cultural Hall...
The Ministry requests that the agencies and units under the Ministry identify this as a key task; ensure close coordination, promote the responsibility of the units to effectively and timely implement the assigned tasks. Heads of relevant agencies and units shall seriously implement it based on the functions, tasks and assignments in this Plan. In the process of implementing the Plan, if there are any difficulties or problems, the Heads of the units shall promptly report to the Ministry's leaders for consideration and decision.
