Mr. Khoa (born in 1987), Director of Vinaxo Company Limited and his wife, Ms. Thao (born in 1989), Deputy Director of the company, share a passion for business. Ms. Thao is from Dong Nai, while Mr. Khoa is from Tien Giang. They used to work in Ho Chi Minh City, then met and got married.
In 2018, after 3 years of marriage, with the support of both families, they decided to establish Vinaxo Company Limited specializing in the production of dried fruit products.
The decision to establish the company not only comes from the passion for business of Mr. Khoa and Ms. Thao, but also based on careful research and understanding of the unique advantages of Tien Giang - a land rich in diverse fruits such as coconut, mango, dragon fruit, jackfruit, durian...

Not stopping at the existing knowledge, Mr. Khoa and Ms. Thao spent a lot of time and effort traveling everywhere, not only domestically but also abroad, to research and learn the technology of producing dried fruit and finding markets to buy the products.
Serious investment in research and application of new technology is the key factor that helps Vinaxo Company Limited create quality products, meeting increasingly strict market standards.
Overcoming many difficulties in the early days of starting a business, up to now, Vinaxo Company Limited has been operating stably and expanding its export market, mainly to European countries. Mr. Khoa said that in addition to supplying the domestic market, Vinaxo exports an average of 70 - 80 tons of dried fruit products each month.
Vinaxo's success comes not only from exploiting abundant local raw materials but also from its strategy of diversifying products and constantly improving quality.
The company has developed many delicious and quality dried fruit product lines, of which 3 products are recognized as OCOP products: dried mango, dried dragon fruit and dried jackfruit. Meeting OCOP standards is proof of the quality, origin and safe production process of the product, helping Vinaxo build trust with consumers.
Not only stopping at dried fruits, Ms. Thao also researched and discovered many products such as grapefruit peel, young coconut, jackfruit, dragon fruit, custard apple... dried crispy, creating product diversity, helping Vinaxo expand its consumer market; at the same time, showing the flexible thinking, always looking for new things of the "owner" Vinaxo to meet the diverse needs of the market.
In particular, Mr. Khoa and Ms. Thao also researched and produced the product "Natural energy bars from fruit essences" for export, opening up a new direction, contributing to exploiting Tien Giang agricultural products.

The tireless efforts of Mr. Khoa and Ms. Thao in developing the family economy effectively have been recognized by all levels and sectors. In 2024, Mr. Khoa was honored to be recognized as a "Good Farmer and Businessman" at the provincial level.
Not only Mr. Khoa, but Ms. Thao with her new and unique dried and crispy fruit products was also recognized by the Provincial Women's Union as the Second Prize winner at the "Provincial Creative Startup Ideas" Contest. This affirmed Ms. Thao's personal capacity, and at the same time showed the development potential and creativity in Vinaxo's products.
Currently, Vinaxo Company Limited of Mr. Khoa - Ms. Thao has over 100 workers, with a salary of 6 - 9 million VND/person/month. The company's activities have made practical contributions to the socio-economic development of the locality, contributing to job creation, reducing unemployment and improving people's lives.
Under the management of Mr. Khoa and Ms. Thao, Vinaxo Company Limited has been honored to receive many Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province and Go Cong Tay District for its outstanding achievements in the emulation movement of the business sector. Not only enriching themselves and their families, Mr. Khoa and Ms. Thao also actively participate in charity and social security activities.
