(QNgTV) - On the morning of August 7, the Department of Justice of Quang Ngai province organized a training course on civil status work for nearly 100 officials and civil servants in charge of civil status work and civil servants receiving documents at the Public Administration Service Center of communes and wards in the western region of Quang Ngai province.

Officials and civil servants are imparted with contents, knowledge, skills and expertise on civil status registration and management; regulations on the division of authority of local authorities at two levels in the field of state management of the Ministry of Justice and related new legal documents.

Be instructed in the professional procedures of civil status registration involving foreign elements; adoption registration; storage and handover of civil status registration books and records; some skills in using the new version of civil status registration and management software; professional skills when registering civil status, the Law on Nationality and other relevant legal provisions.

The training course helps civil servants working in civil status improve their legal knowledge and professional skills. Apply them proficiently to solve civil status issues in the new situation in accordance with legal regulations.
