“Building a Second Brain”, a guidebook for creating a personal work data system

As an expert in neuroscience and mental activities with more than 10 years of research and experience, author Tiago Forte uses his experiences and knowledge to summarize a method called "The Second Brain" - a brain built to support the first brain (the brain we use every day), including tools and methods created to help you improve productivity and work effectively.
