Every year on the 8th day of the first lunar month, the people of Thi Cam village ( Hanoi ) gather at the village communal house to participate in the traditional fire-making and rice-cooking competition. This traditional cultural festival is organized by the villagers of Thi Cam to commemorate the contributions of Phan Tay Nhac, a brilliant general of King Hung of the 18th dynasty. In 2021, this festival was included in the National List of Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
