Ca Mau: Announcing the List of administrative procedures in the field of Certification

On November 6, 2025, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province issued Decision No. 01628/QD-UBND promulgating the List of administrative procedures (TTHC) amended, supplemented; abolished in the field of Authentication under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice, People's Committees at commune level in Ca Mau province.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee   c promulgates and approves, attached to this Decision, the List of 12 amended and supplemented administrative procedures (including: 05 general administrative procedures, 07 commune-level administrative procedures) and abolishes 01 administrative procedure (Authentication of documents declaring inheritance where the inheritance is movable property, land use rights, and housing) in the field of Authentication under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice and the People's Committees at the commune level in Ca Mau province .   Approve the internal procedures and interconnection to resolve the above administrative procedures.    

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee   The Department of Justice shall preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and relevant agencies and units to organize the public and non-public implementation of the List of administrative procedures and the above-mentioned Process at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and the Commune-level Public Administration Service Centers from the effective date of the Decision .

This Decision takes effect from November 6, 2025. The corresponding administrative procedures announced by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in the List attached to Decision No. 1315/QD-UBND dated June 26, 2025 shall cease to be effective when this Decision takes effect. /.
