Ca Mau province issues new regulations on fees and charges effective from January 1, 2026.

The Ca Mau Provincial People's Council has just issued a Resolution stipulating the rates, management, and use of fees and charges in the province, applicable from January 1, 2026, for many fields and administrative procedures.

Fees for registering secured transactions and providing information on secured transactions involving land use rights and assets attached to land.

Accordingly, the regulations specify the collection, management, and use of fees for: visiting cultural sites; visiting historical relics; assessing and granting certificates of eligibility for business operations of sports facilities and professional sports clubs; libraries; assessing environmental impact assessment reports; assessing environmental remediation and restoration plans; assessing land use right certificate applications; assessing, granting, re-granting, and adjusting environmental permits; exploiting and using land documents; registering secured transactions and providing information on secured transactions involving land use rights and assets attached to land; assessing projects and reports on exploration and assessment of groundwater reserves; assessing projects for the exploitation and use of surface water and seawater; assessing dossiers and conditions for practicing groundwater drilling.

The resolution also specifies the rates, management, and use of fees for: civil registration; issuance of work permits for foreigners working in the province; issuance of land use rights certificates, house ownership certificates, and certificates for assets attached to land; issuance of construction permits; and business registration. It also specifies the fee rates for online administrative procedures in Ca Mau province.
