Information at the citizen reception showed that, up to now, the projects (Bach Dat Urban Area, 7B expansion, Hera Complex Riverside) invested by Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company have had many positive changes.

The investor has fulfilled its tax obligations, made deposits, paid for site clearance, and restored its business registration certificate. The projects have been extended in progress, and the documents and procedures for the next steps have been completed. The site clearance work has been focused on and implemented by the People's Committee of Dien Ban town, and the land use plan for project implementation has been registered...

Representatives of land buyers shared that with this result, many households who bought land from investor Bach Dat An in other projects feel secure and confident that their rights will soon be resolved.

Regarding the project implementation progress divergence, according to the Provincial People's Committee, it is based on the needs and proposals of the investor to speed up the implementation progress, but must ensure synchronization, connection of the framework infrastructure, compliance with the planning, and ensure conditions according to the provisions of law.

Discussing to clarify the results achieved, according to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung - Head of the Working Group of the Provincial People's Committee, up to now, the contents of the work under the authority of the State have been seriously, fully and in accordance with regulations by the competent authorities. The responsibility of the investor is to effectively implement the contents as committed. The leaders of the Provincial People's Committee will continue to monitor and direct resolutely to resolve and ensure the legitimate rights of the people.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung said that currently, the projects of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company have not proposed or reported to state agencies about the progress of implementation.

“The company promised to submit to the Provincial People’s Committee the project investment phase in March 2025. If this phase ensures the conditions according to regulations, the Provincial People’s Committee will accept it for implementation,” said Mr. Hung.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung affirmed that the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee are very determined in directing to promptly resolve the case, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people. Every half month, the Provincial People's Committee meets to listen to reports on the contents related to the project to give opinions, direction and handling.

The Provincial People's Committee continues to monitor and resolutely direct enterprises to comply with the committed contents, complete projects within the extended time (end of 2025), and hand over land to people.
