On the afternoon of April 24, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee and departments, branches and sectors on site clearance for key projects in the area.
Currently, in Ninh Hoa town, there are 3 key projects being implemented that still have problems, including: component project 1 of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway, phase 1; upgrading and expanding DT 652B and DT 652D routes; upgrading and expanding Provincial Road 1B. Specifically, for the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway project through the town, there are 8 communes and wards affected. Currently, the locality has approved compensation plans for 663/972 cases, and paid compensation for 629 cases. Regarding the relocation of technical infrastructure affected by the project, the locality has completed the design documents - cost estimates for relocating domestic water supply pipes; the relocation of medium and low voltage power systems has been approved by the Town People's Committee for compensation costs. For the project to upgrade and expand the DT 652B and DT 652D routes, there are 806 affected cases, and the inventory work has basically been completed. It is expected that in June, the locality will appraise the compensation plan for the affected cases. Currently, the consulting unit is implementing the work of establishing a plan to determine specific land prices for compensation, support and resettlement of the project. For the project to upgrade and expand the Provincial Road 1B route, the Ninh Hoa Town Land Fund Development Center has signed a contract to carry out the compensation, support and resettlement work of the project.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam requested that for the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway project in May, the Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee must issue specific land prices to calculate compensation and resettlement land prices; on June 15, organize the payment of site clearance costs for affected cases. The Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board coordinated with the Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee to develop a priority roadmap for site clearance locations, associated with accelerating construction progress; at the same time, develop detailed disbursement volumes for the last 6 months of the year at this project to complete the task of disbursing public investment capital throughout the year. For the remaining 2 projects, Mr. Tran Hoa Nam requested the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board and the Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee to develop detailed site clearance progress. At the same time, for the capital allocated for the two projects, if there is no possibility of disbursement, the investor and the locality must report to the Department of Planning and Investment to find a solution to transfer capital suitable to the actual situation.
