Cai Rang: Improving investment environment, supporting businesses to overcome difficulties

(CT) - According to the People's Committee of Cai Rang District, in order to improve the investment environment and create a close relationship between the government and local businesses, the district maintains weekly contact with businesses. Thereby, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles for businesses; at the same time, encouraging businesses to participate in advising the district on solutions or providing feedback on mechanisms and policies to improve the investment and business environment, develop production, and expand markets.

Currently, the total number of operating enterprises (including cooperatives, branches, and representative offices of enterprises) in Cai Rang district managed by the Cai Rang - Phong Dien Inter-district Tax Team is 2,393 enterprises. In May 2025, the district recorded 49 newly established enterprises and 101 newly registered business households, with a capital of 11.27 billion VND. In the first 5 months of the year, there were 221 newly established enterprises and 461 newly registered business households, with a capital of 86.43 billion VND.

Also in May 2025, the number of dissolved enterprises in the district was 9 units, 6 units moved away, 14 units abandoned their business locations, and 14 units temporarily suspended. In the first 5 months of 2025, the district had 43 dissolved units, 17 units moved away, 57 units abandoned their business locations, and 187 units temporarily suspended.
