In recent days, the northern region of the province has had continuous rain, causing serious landslides in some sections of National Highway 279, with large amounts of rock and soil spilling onto the road surface, causing traffic congestion and posing a potential safety risk.

Road Management Department 12, under Bac Kan Traffic Construction and Management Joint Stock Company, assigned workers to be on duty to regulate traffic.

Faced with the above situation, the provincial authorities have declared a state of emergency, banning all people and vehicles from participating in traffic through the landslide area on National Highway 279 (QL279) section Km328+840, in Khuoi Slang village, Phuc Loc commune.

At the same time, the functional sector also organizes traffic flow and regulation as follows: For passenger vans with 24 seats or more, trucks with a total load of more than 10 tons traveling on National Highway 279 from the central area of ​​Phuc Loc commune and neighboring communes to the center of Cho Ra commune and neighboring areas, move along National Highway 279 to Km309 (in the territory of Na Phac commune), turn right to join National Highway 3, then move to Km174+300 (in the territory of Phu Thong commune), continue to turn right and follow National Highway 258 at Km14+700 to the center of Cho Ra commune and neighboring areas and vice versa.

Another landslide location on the route also had workers assigned to regulate traffic.

For passenger vans with less than 24 seats, trucks with a total load of less than or equal to 10 tons traveling on National Highway 279 from the center of Phuc Loc commune and neighboring areas to the center of Cho Ra commune, in addition to moving in the above direction, they can move on National Highway 279, turn right at Km318+750 to enter and travel on Provincial Highway 253 for about 11.8km, then turn right onto Provincial Highway 258 at Km14+700 and move to the center of Cho Ra commune and neighboring areas and vice versa.
