Key officials of the province contributed their opinions to the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the Congress of Delegates of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

On the morning of August 15, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to collect opinions from key officials of the province on the draft political report to be submitted to the Congress of Delegates of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

Comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Hung Vuong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Hau Minh Loi, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended and chaired the conference.

The conference was attended by members of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee; and leaders of provincial departments, branches, and sectors. The conference was connected online to all communes and wards in the province with over 600 delegates attending the conference.

Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong - Head of the General Editorial Team, Subcommittee of Documents of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, briefly presented the draft Political Report of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. The draft Political Report submitted to the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 has a total of 46 pages; including 2 parts: Part 1: Evaluation of the implementation results of the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces, term 2020-2025; Part 2: Viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions for the term 2025-2030.

Regarding the theme of the Congress, the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee have determined that the theme of the Congress must be major orientations, key ideas, concise, succinct, highly general, easy to remember, easy to implement, focusing on highlighting the most important elements, clearly demonstrating the goals, consistent focus, comprehensive development motivation, major breakthrough policies in the coming term, in line with the major policy of the Central Committee to expand space for development, promote socio -economic development.

Regarding the Congress motto, inheriting the motto of the 17th Provincial Party Congress and closely following the motto of the 14th Party Congress, the Provincial Party Standing Committee agreed on the motto of the Provincial Congress for the 2025-2030 term, which is: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development".

Regarding the results achieved in the 2020 - 2025 term: The Draft Political Report is being fully evaluated and assessed by the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on all aspects, namely: The work of Party building and the political system has been strengthened, achieving many important results. The economy continues to develop; science and technology are strengthened; protection of resources and the environment is given attention and focus.
In terms of cultural, social and human development, there have been many positive changes; social security has been given attention; people's lives have been increasingly improved. National defense and security have been strengthened; social order and safety have been maintained; foreign affairs activities have been consolidated and expanded.

On development perspectives for the 2025-2030 term:   The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee identified 5 viewpoints. Regarding the General Objective:   Maintain solidarity and unity; build a clean and strong Party and political system; firmly protect national sovereignty and borders; promote all potentials, advantages, resources, motivations and new development spaces for rapid and sustainable development; ensure social security, improve and comprehensively enhance people's lives; successfully achieve the goal of becoming a fairly, comprehensively and sustainably developed province with high average income by 2030 and strive to become a developed province with high income by 2045; be self-reliant and confident in the new era, develop prosperously and happily.

The draft political report sets out 18 targets;   Proposed 05 key tasks; 3 breakthroughs. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee proposed 8 main solutions to organize and implement in the 2025 - 2030 term, in accordance with the new development space of the province.

At the conference, based on studying the documents, delegates discussed and gave their opinions on the draft political report to be submitted to the Congress of Delegates of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. The focus was on evaluating the implementation results of the Resolution of the Congress of Delegates of the Party Committees of the two provinces of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang for the 2020-2025 term, the advantages and shortcomings that need to be overcome.

In addition, delegates also gave their opinions on the congress theme; goals and targets of the new term; breakthroughs, identified bottlenecks and proposed solutions for traffic, budget collection, tourism development, services, agricultural and forestry economic development, border trade economy; inspection and supervision work within the Party; work to prevent and combat corruption, waste and negativity; decentralization and delegation of power after implementing the two-level local government.

Concluding the conference, comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, thanked and highly appreciated the dedicated and responsible opinions of key leaders of the province and leaders of communes and wards at the connecting points.

He affirmed that the Provincial Party Standing Committee will study, fully absorb, and select appropriate contents to supplement and complete the political report to be submitted to the Congress. He hoped that key leaders of the province would continue to study and contribute their wisdom to the province during the preparation and organization of the Congress, especially in implementing the goals and tasks immediately after the Congress.
