Teacher Tra Thi Thu on Ngoc Linh peak

After a day of struggling with their backpacks and walking sticks up the mountain, the group of 11 members from Quang Nam, Da Nang and their companions reached the highest point at 2,605m. The images of the group walking through the deep forest with many rare and exotic flowers made viewers feel restless and excited.

"From the very first steps, we knew we would face countless challenges. The dense forest, tangled trees, and steep slopes seemed to test the resilience of each member of the group.

Sometimes we slipped and fell in the mud, our arms and legs were bruised, our clothes were soaked. But once we started, we never turned back, even though our bodies felt like they were falling apart, no one gave up" - teacher Tra Thi Thu, a member of the climbing team, shared.

Immersing in the majestic nature, everyone feels energized.

Ancient tree trunks covered with moss and green lichen, hundreds of years old pine trees proudly stand up to the sky. Wild mushrooms and wild flowers compete to show off their colors, making the forest even more magical...

And the emotions were overwhelming when the painful fingers touched the top of the mountain. The whole group hugged each other, together recording radiant footage in happiness and pride.

"Conquering the highest point on the majestic Truong Son mountain range is a testament to one's will, perseverance and desire to overcome one's own limits," Ms. Thu proudly said.

According to Ms. Thu, the trip was organized randomly with 11 group members of different ages. There were people over 50 years old who still persevered in climbing the mountain.

The group was well prepared for the trip with food, tents, first aid equipment and a team of 9 local people carrying the goods.

It takes about 10 hours from the starting point to the top of the mountain, a steep 6.3km journey. The group camped overnight on the top of the mountain before returning.
