The mental health counseling room for students and skin care room for female employees of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law officially opened on October 20.
Dr. Le Truong Son - Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law - said that the pressure of studying, working and social relationships in modern life is significantly affecting the mental health of young people.
He said the school will regularly organize talks and exchanges on life skills and stress management; at the same time, it will provide individual counseling, screening and early detection of psychological problems to connect with the school's medical and psychological team or refer students when necessary.
The program will help students identify early signs of stress, anxiety, and depression, and receive timely psychological counseling and support to maintain a positive mental state in study and life.
The consulting room operates periodically and is completely free with the participation of psychologists and dermatologists, with a modern, friendly designed space and ensuring absolute privacy.
Skin care consulting activities for female employees are considered a special spiritual gift from the school to female employees on Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.
"When women are cared for and respected, they will shine brighter at work, in the family and in their contributions to the community," Mr. Son emphasized.
