Photobooth at Ho Chi Minh City Post Office attracts customers by creating unique stamps and postcards

In the space of the more than 100-year-old Ho Chi Minh City Post Office, the brand new photobooth has just opened but is quite attractive to young people and tourists.

The booth is called "Tem Booth". Different from other photo booths, this one allows people to take pictures of themselves with personal stamps or postcards as souvenirs.

The product is the result of cooperation between Vietnam Post Corporation (Vietnam Post) and Wis Corner (Wisteria EME) and has been put into operation for more than two weeks. The counter is located on the right side of the main hall of the post office, redesigned from an old telephone booth, covered in the main yellow color.

The space is also decorated with postage stamps depicting some of Vietnam's iconic structures, red flags with yellow stars, conical hats, scarves... creating a photo space imbued with the old Saigon spirit, familiar yet new.

Nguyen Thao Vy (21 years old, living in Tang Nhon Phu ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said she knew about this photobooth from an introductory video on social media. "The idea of ​​taking photos of Gen Z in the ancient space of a post office building that is over a hundred years old was quite interesting, so I invited my friend to check in right away," Vy laughed.

Australian tourist Remi Schroor said she enjoyed taking photos at the Stamp Booth. Remi and her friend are making a collage about their trip to Vietnam and the photo taken at this booth is definitely indispensable.

She said the equipment at the photobooth was easy to operate and the support staff were very enthusiastic, so the experience was very interesting during this trip to Vietnam .

Mr. Nguyen Duc Kien, a technician at Wis Corner, said the main goal of the model located at the Saigon Central Post Office building is to contribute to promoting the image of Vietnam as well as stamp culture to more people.

It is also a space that helps tourists preserve beautiful memories through photo frames bearing the mark of Vietnam, especially right at the old architectural works of Ho Chi Minh City.
