The new 2025 Toyota bZ Woodland is Toyota's third electric vehicle in the US, and is also a product that marks a close partnership with Subaru, as the bZ Woodland is essentially a re-logoed version of the Subaru Trailseeker. Compared to the standard bZ line, the bZ Woodland has many exterior upgrades to emphasize its off-road personality. The most recognizable feature is the black painted wheel arch covers instead of the same color as the body, combined with a newly designed 18-inch alloy wheel set and removable protective covers. In addition, the car is also equipped with a large roof rack to support exploration journeys. Another important change lies in the refined suspension system, the car's ground clearance is raised to 211 mm, 25 mm higher than the standard version. Along with a set of specialized tires for terrain, the bZ Woodland promises to be a suitable choice for users who love to conquer difficult roads. Overall, the bZ Woodland has the appearance of an SUV mixed with a wagon style, with the rear of the car extended by 152 mm, increasing interior space and luggage compartment capacity. When the rear seats are folded down, the trunk has a capacity of up to 850 liters, good support for long trips. The cabin of the bZ Woodland is designed in a minimalist style but still fully equipped. The car is equipped with a 14-inch central entertainment screen, a steering wheel with integrated function keys, a separate digital clock cluster and heated front seats covered in SofTex material. In addition, users also have 2 wireless phone charging docks and a standard 6-speaker sound system. Toyota also offers a high-end Premium package for the car with a series of amenities such as: panoramic glass roof, digital rearview mirror, 9-speaker JBL sound system, ventilated front seats and driver's seat memory. The Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 active safety package is standard on all versions. Powering the Toyota bZ Woodland are two electric motors for a total output of up to 375 horsepower and an AWD drive system. The car can also tow up to 1,588 kg, surpassing many competitors in the same range. This electric SUV is equipped with a 74.7 kWh battery pack, providing an operating distance of about 418 km/charge. Fast charging capability is also guaranteed, with a time from 10 - 80% in just about 30 minutes. In particular, the NACS standard charging port makes it easy for the car to use the popular Tesla Supercharger charging station infrastructure in the US. Currently, Toyota has not announced the official price for the bZ Woodland, but it is expected to be higher than the 2025 bZ4X XLE AWD version, which has a starting price of $40,545 (about 1.05 billion VND). The car is expected to go on sale in the US market from early 2026. After the US, the bZ Woodland will continue to be distributed in Europe and Japan under the name bZ4X Touring, while the standard bZ version will reach customers from the second half of 2025.
