On the afternoon of January 13, taking advantage of the clear weather, dozens of workers and construction machinery at the Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan expressway began to move into position, preparing to lay the first layer of asphalt concrete on the project's first section.
According to the reporter, there are 2 teams of asphalt paving workers being urgently carried out. From project management staff, supervision consultants, construction commanders to the team of machine operators and workers of the asphalt paving line of the contract package, they were present at the construction site.
At construction site No. 1 (belonging to Truong Son Construction Corporation), after the site commander gave the order, the crew pressed the button to operate the mixing station, input materials were put into the mixing station in sequence under the direction and supervision of technical staff.
Need clean site by end of January
According to the report of the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board (investor of Hoa Lien - Tuy Loan Expressway) on site clearance work, as of January 10, the length of land handed over by the locality is about 11.43km / 11.47km (reaching 99.7%).
However, in reality, there are still problems with about 0.58km of the main route and 1.29km of the service road that have not been constructed, related to about 70 households: property has not been recovered, houses have not been demolished; compensation and support payments have not been received; compensation plans have not been agreed upon so money has not been received; resettlement land has not been arranged.
The Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board proposed that the People's Committee of Da Nang City direct the People's Committee of Hoa Vang District and the Hoa Vang District Land Acquisition and Site Clearance Board to speed up the actual resettlement land arrangement and payment to households; at the same time, have solutions to require people to dismantle their houses and recover their assets to hand over clean land to the project by the end of January 2025.
