The traffic route connecting DT601 road and Loc My village (Hoa Bac commune, Hoa Vang district) is expected to open to traffic on August 28, 2024.

With an investment of more than 93 billion VND, the project is expected to complete the traffic network according to the plan; contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality. The traffic route connecting DT601 road and Loc My village (Hoa Bac commune, Hoa Vang district) has been under construction since November 2022 and is expected to open to traffic on August 28, 2024, on the occasion of National Day, September 2, 2024.

This is a project invested by the People's Committee of Da Nang City; the Project Management Board for Investment and Construction of Traffic Works in Da Nang is the investor; the joint venture of DACINCO Construction Investment Company Limited - Construction Joint Stock Company 510 is the contractor.

The project includes main items in the project including main branch road, connecting branch road, bridge over Cu De river and bridge over Bau Bang stream; creating 3 spacious traffic branches connecting traffic in Hoa Bac commune.

The main branch road is 872.17 m long. The starting point connects with DT601 road at Km13+250, the ending point connects with Bac Thuy Tu - Pho Nam route at Km14+950.

The main branch road is 7 m wide, the sidewalk on each side is 1 m wide; high-class road surface structure A1.

The branch road connecting to Loc My village is 299.38 m long, starting at the intersection of Loc My village, ending at the main branch at Km0+685. The road surface is 5.5 m wide; each side of the road is 1 m wide; the road surface structure is high-class A1.

On this traffic route, there are two bridges built: a bridge over Cu De river and a bridge over Bau Bang stream.

Cu De Bridge across Cu De River (Km0+499.65) has a total length of 118.30 m.

The cross-section of Cu De Bridge is designed with a 7.5 m wide roadway and a 1.5 m wide pedestrian area on each side.

Adjacent to the intersection at the end of the route is Bau Bang bridge across Bau Bang stream (Km0+811.57) consisting of 1 prestressed reinforced concrete girder span, 38.3 m long. Bau Bang bridge has a 7.5 m wide roadway and a 1.5 m wide pedestrian path on each side.

Technical infrastructure system: Signs, road markings, negative slopes, lighting... on the route have been completed.

The traffic route connecting DT601 road and Loc My village, after being put into use, will help complete the planned traffic network, creating an additional connection between Bac Thuy Tu - Pho Nam road and DT601 road in Hoa Bac commune; connecting Nam My village and Loc My village.

This route will also reduce the load on Truong Dinh bridge (Hoa Lien commune), Pho Nam bridge (Hoa Bac commune), at the same time solve traffic problems in rescue work, shorten the distance to the center of Hoa Bac commune.
