According to the District People's Committee, in recent times, the implementation of the Program "Enhancing equal participation of women in leadership and management positions at all levels of policy making for the period 2021-2030" and the Project "Supporting women in starting a business for the period 2017-2025" in the area has received attention from Party committees, authorities at all levels and sectors. The whole district currently has 1,066 cadres, civil servants and public employees under the management of the District People's Committee, of which 562 are women (56 leaders and managers); 25 women participate in the Party Executive Committee at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, reaching 16%; 53 women delegates to the People's Council at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, reaching 21.45%. Implementing Project 939, every year, the District Women's Union organizes training courses on project implementation, project development, and business start-up plans for 100% of district and grassroots level specialized union officials, and women with ideas for starting a business. Many members with business start-up models participate in competitions to find creative women's business start-up ideas and win high prizes.

At the same time, the Association has coordinated with relevant sectors to support the realization of start-up and business start-up ideas, thereby supporting capital for 5 ideas, with an amount of 250 million VND. Currently, the whole district has 12 start-up and business start-up models. The Association has coordinated with banks to provide start-up capital to 152 women, with a capital of more than 5.5 billion VND; supporting livelihood capital for 111 women, with an amount of over 1.3 billion VND...

Here, the Supervisory Delegation requested the District People's Committee to continue to pay attention to creating conditions for female cadres to promote their capacity and strengths in their work in order to create a source of cadres. The Department of Internal Affairs and the District Party Committee's Organization Board pay attention to creating conditions for training and fostering female cadres, leaders and managers. Regarding the implementation of Project 939, the district needs to focus on supporting start-up ideas and starting a family-scale business. The District People's Committee directed the sectors to strengthen the inspection, supervision, guidance and evaluation of the results of activities supporting women to start a business. The Women's Union coordinated with the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to strengthen the organization of activities to support women...
