Specifically, due to the influence of cold air, the sea off Hai Phong (including the sea of ​​Bach Long Vi special zone) has northeast wind level 5-6, gust level 7, waves from 1.5 - 2.0 m high, slightly rough sea.

Forecast for this afternoon and evening, November 21, wind will gradually decrease to level 4-5.

The coastal area of ​​Hai Phong (including Cat Hai Special Zone, Do Son, Nam Do Son, Duong Kinh, Dong Hai, Hai An, Nam Trieu wards and Kien Hai, Hung Thang, Chan Hung communes) has Northeast wind level 2-3, sea waves 0.25 - 0.75 m high.

On the night of November 21 and 22, in the sea off Hai Phong (including the sea area of ​​Bach Long Vi special economic zone), there will be Northeast wind level 4.

Experts warn that all vessels, aquaculture areas and activities in the above sea area are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves at sea.
