According to the Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong City, recently, at the school gates, there have been cases of strangers approaching students with acts of giving gifts, picking up students on behalf of their families; enticing and luring students to participate in activities not permitted by the authorities, schools and parents, affecting student safety, security and order at schools and causing outrage in society.

To ensure safety ineducational institutions, the Department of Education and Training requires schools to coordinate with authorities to strictly implement instructions on ensuring school security and safety.

The Department of Education and Training of Hai Phong city also requires heads of educational institutions to be responsible before the law, management levels, and students' families for the safety of students in schools.

As Tien Phong reported, on January 13, at class 3A2, Thien Huong Kindergarten, Thuy Nguyen District (Hai Phong), a strange woman came to the school to pick up TM (3 years old) and take her out of the school while the teacher did not realize anything unusual. Luckily, TM was found, but the incident was a big lesson for teachers and the school in tightening the child return process.
