This document requires customers to make automatic payments through banks linked to the EVN Epoint application; or when customers pay via Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, e-wallets, Viettel Money, VNPT Money, Vnpay, Momo... they must update the successful payment invoice to the EVN Epoint application...
Therefore, Vietnam Electricity Group recommends that all electricity customers absolutely do not follow the instructions of the fake document, do not access the EVN Epoint application because this is not an application of Vietnam Electricity Group to avoid being exploited by scammers, causing damage to customers and affecting the reputation of Vietnam Electricity Group.
Vietnam Electricity Group affirms that all current electricity bill collection transactions are carried out through official channels of Electricity Corporations, absolutely do not use personal accounts to collect money. When communicating with customers, electricity staff always strictly comply with customer care regulations. Customers should choose safe electricity bill payment channels such as: Through banks (automatic payment, Internet Banking or Mobile Banking); e-wallets and online payment gateways such as Viettel Money, VNPT Money, Vnpay , Momo... If detecting signs of fraud or fraud in any form, customers should immediately contact the Customer Care Center (by region) to verify information and receive timely support.
