Da Nang City Tax has just decided to establish a steering committee, a support team, and a working group to implement the plan "60 peak days of converting the model from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households".

Accordingly, the steering committee consists of 22 civil servants, the support team consists of 10 civil servants, the working group consists of 10 civil servants. The plan implementation period is from November 1 to December 30, 2025, focusing on areas with many contracted households such as: traditional markets, commercial streets, areas with many accommodation businesses.

Thereby, ensuring that business households apply the method of self-declaration and self-payment of taxes from January 1, 2026. Ensuring that 100% of business households have access to information and receive support from tax authorities on the content of converting from lump-sum tax method to declaration method, and converting from business households into enterprises.

Ensure that 100% of cases subject to electronic invoices generated from cash registers must register and use them; ensure that 100% of business households carry out tax procedures electronically in a convenient and easy manner; promptly handle and resolve 100% of business households' problems within 24 hours.
