In response to the Tax Department's "60 days and nights" campaign to accompany business households, on the morning of November 10, Hanoi Tax Department held a conference to launch a campaign to support business households in converting tax management models, eliminating lump-sum taxes, and switching to declaration.
In Hanoi, there will be more than 300,000 tax-paying households converting to tax declaration. With such a large number of business households, the Hanoi Tax Department has planned to coordinate with Associations and other units to soon support business households in converting.
The Hanoi Tax Department has deployed 7 groups of solutions to comprehensively support business households, from surveying each household to understand their needs, to providing free legal advice, providing software and electronic tools. In particular, coordinating with banks to provide preferential loans, coordinating with professional associations to organize training, guide bookkeeping practices, and provide electronic invoice software.
Ms. Vu Thi Mai - President of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants said: "We will coordinate with the Tax Department to provide training, both in person and online, for business households. We are ready to guide and support any business household that needs the tax industry to gather."

In Hanoi, more than 300,000 tax-paying households will switch to declaration.
To provide effective and practical support, Hanoi Tax Department has divided business households into 3 groups. The first group is households with revenue under 200 million VND/year, mainly small households, who receive free guidance and can access the simplest declaration tools. The second group has revenue from 200 million to 3 billion VND/year, and is given more in-depth advice on books, electronic invoices and eTax Mobile application.
The group with over 3 billion VND/year is oriented to move to the small and medium enterprise model, receiving full support from accounting software, legal advice to financial management.
"Dividing business households into groups, so that each business group has its own revenue threshold and business characteristics, there are appropriate forms of propaganda and support," said Mr. Nguyen Tien Minh - Deputy Head of Taxation of Hanoi City.
Hanoi has been supporting business households to convert from lump-sum tax to declaration since the beginning of this year. By the end of the third quarter, more than 14,000 business households had used electronic invoices, of which 65% voluntarily registered to use them.
