Accordingly, Thanh Hoa Provincial Police have directed units to assign and arrange standing forces to organize the collection of ID card application files; issue and activate electronic identification accounts for individuals, agencies and organizations throughout the 5-day holiday to create favorable conditions for citizens to obtain personal documents, especially citizens who work, study and do business in the provinces and return to their hometowns to visit relatives who have not been issued chip-embedded ID cards or ID cards; issue and activate electronic identification accounts.

In particular, the Provincial Police will organize 28 points for receiving ID cards and electronic identification at the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order and 27 commune-level police assigned to issue ID cards after not arranging district-level police (where the issuance is at the headquarters of the old district-level police).

In Thanh Hoa city, issued at the headquarters of Dong Tho ward police and Dong Khe commune police; in Trieu Son district, issued at the headquarters of Trieu Son town police.

In addition, the Provincial Police also organized 61 points to issue electronic identification accounts to citizens at 61 units. In Thanh Hoa City, the issuance was organized at the police stations of the following wards: An Hung, Ba Dinh, Dien Bien , Dong Cuong, Dong Hai, Dong Huong, Dong Linh, Dong Tho, Dong Ve, Ham Rong, Hoang Dai, Long Anh, Lam Son, Nam Ngan, Ngoc Trao, Phu Son, Quang Phu, Quang Hung, Quang Thanh, Thieu Duong, Thieu Khanh, Quang Thang, Quang Thinh, Truong Thi and Thieu Van Commune Police.

Nghi Son town area is organized at the police stations of the wards: Hai Hoa, Hai Chau, Hai Ninh, Tan Dan, Hai Linh, Nguyen Binh, Hai Thanh, Xuan Lam, Hai Binh, Mai Lam, Hai Thuong and the police stations of the communes: Ngoc Linh, Cac Son, Hai Nhan, Tan Truong, Tung Lam, Truong Lam, Nghi Son, Hai Ha.

Thieu Hoa district organizes issuance at Thieu Giao commune police station.

Nga Son district organizes the issuance at Nga Lien commune police station.

Hoang Hoa district organizes issuance at the police stations of Hoang Tien, Hoang Kim, Hoang Xuan, and Hoang Quy communes.
