In the period of 2023-2025, creative activities have attracted the participation of many artists, journalists and reporters. Thanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association has coordinated with localities to organize field trips for artists to rural areas, mountainous areas, economic zones, industrial parks... of the province and a number of provinces and cities in the country to create. More than 1,200 works on the theme of "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" have been published. The works have closely followed the theme, expressing the feelings of artists and people of all walks of life for beloved Uncle Ho; reflecting typical collectives and individuals with specific and practical actions.

Along with creative activities, the promotion of literary, artistic and journalistic works is carried out in many forms such as performing arts, grassroots culture, exhibitions, journalism and publishing, and returning to the source. In 3 years, the whole province has organized over 7,200 promotional activities on this topic, contributing to spreading the good values of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
With the active participation of artists, journalists, and reporters, in the 2023-2025 period, the Provincial Appraisal Council received 44 quality works to participate in the award. Of these, there were 33 press works (13 print works, 15 visual and electronic works, 5 radio works) and 11 works in the fields of culture and arts (literature, music, dance, fine arts, photography, poetry, literary theory and criticism).
Comrade Le Van Nam, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, member of the Provincial Award Organizing Committee, awarded certificates to authors and groups of authors who won the C prize.
The evaluation board organized 2 rounds of judging and reviewing the works according to the regulations. The results of the judging and recognition: 2 A prizes, 4 B prizes, 5 C prizes and 11 Encouragement prizes.
From the provincial results, the Provincial Award Organizing Committee selected 10 outstanding works (4 literary and artistic works, 6 journalistic works) and 1 collective with outstanding achievements in creative and promotional activities to participate in the Central Award.
As a result, the Central Award Organizing Committee awarded 1 C prize to the book "Advanced models in studying and following Uncle Ho" by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; 1 Encouragement prize to the musical work "Que Thanh remembers Uncle Ho's teachings" by musician Doan Dung.
