Along with promoting investment in 4-5 star entertainment and resort complexes, the province also strives to build tourism products associated with unique experiences and cultural depth - factors considered essential to attract the luxury customer segment. In particular, the community ecotourism product in the mountainous area of ​​Thanh Hoa is a typical example. Up to now, Pu Luong Community Ecotourism Area (Ba Thuoc) has formed a system of homestays, resorts, and resorts, providing high-class experiences, while still ensuring factors that are suitable for the characteristics of the Thai ethnic group and close to nature. This is considered one of the province's typical "green tourism" models, currently attracting the "luxury" customer segment domestically and internationally.

According to the analysis of some tourism service providers, customers using high-quality services are very demanding in choosing destinations, prioritizing personalized experiences and safety factors. However, the advantage of serving this customer segment is the high possibility of return and positive feedback. With the advantage of being one of the localities attracting the largest number of visitors in the country as it is today, Thanh Hoa province needs to promote investment in international-standard wellness resorts (resorts combined with health care), or resort complexes combined with entertainment, recreation and culture on a regional scale.
