The company is allowed to transport land for leveling to serve the construction of the following projects: Road connecting Suoi Nuoc Vang, Luc Son commune (Luc Nam) to provincial road 293; provincial road 298 passing through Binh Son commune; road connecting provincial road 293 to provincial road 289 with the starting point in Nghia Phuong commune (Luc Nam), the end point intersecting with provincial road 289 in Binh Son commune and a number of projects, works to develop traffic infrastructure, irrigation works using the state budget...
68 Truong Sinh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is licensed to exploit more than 4.68 million m3 of land for leveling and brick making in Hang Chieng area, Doc Linh village, Nghia Phuong commune on an area of 10 hectares. The leveled land is allowed to be transported to serve the construction of provincial road 293 extending from Kham Lang commune (Luc Nam) to Nghia Phuong commune; the road to Suoi Mo tourist area; upgrading the main road of Cuong Son commune (Luc Nam); provincial road 293 extension, from the intersection of Kham Lang commune to Quynh market, Nghia Phuong commune and a number of other traffic and irrigation works.
Hoang Ha Mineral Exploitation Company Limited is licensed to exploit landfill soil and brick-making soil on an area of 10 hectares in Bai Bang area, An Son village, Huyen Son commune (Luc Nam) with reserves of more than 3.4 million m3.
It is known that the leveled soil at this mine was transported to construct the Ring Road 5 of the Capital region; the project to renovate and expand National Highway 37 through Luc Nam district; the road connecting Provincial Road 299B to National Highway 37, the section through Cam Ly commune (Luc Nam); Provincial Road 293 extending from the intersection of Kham Lang commune to Quynh market, Nghia Phuong commune and other projects using the state budget.
It is known that the brick-making soil exploited at the above three mines is used as raw material for brick production for tunnel brick factories in Luc Nam district.
The above enterprises must pay the fee for granting the right to exploit minerals; declare and pay resource tax and environmental protection fee for the mineral reserves exploited; conduct mining activities in accordance with the correct coordinates, area, depth, reserves and capacity. Violations will be handled according to the provisions of law; report the correct actual mineral output to the competent authority. At the same time, organize the setting up of boundary markers, notify the mining time, number of vehicles and equipment used to exploit and transport minerals to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial Police, the Department of Construction and Luc Nam district.
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, up to now, the whole province has 35 enterprises licensed to exploit land for leveling. The time for mineral exploitation is from 2.5 years to 10 years/mine.
