CEO Cao Thu Hoai, along with businesswoman Nguyen Thu Hong - Chairman of FOG Group and businesswoman Nguyen Thanh Mai - CEO of Vietskill, established the Northern Trade Promotion Club 1. The club has helped hundreds of businesses market their products to consumers, partners, and trade, with some 2-hour sessions generating billions of VND in sales. Along with supporting businesses to expand and increase revenue, volunteer activities and team building activities that take place quarterly are enthusiastically initiated by her and her colleagues.

Ms. Thu Hoai shared: “When establishing the Northern XTTM Club 1, there were many difficulties and obstacles. I had to mobilize each member to participate in the Executive Board. To create a miracle like today, there were sleepless nights, loneliness and lack of understanding of the members, concerns for the Club to grow stronger and stronger, and tears of happiness when the results came.”
