Caring for workers and laborers in difficult circumstances

Understanding and sharing with workers, especially those in difficult circumstances, the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) organizes many activities to care for the lives of workers in Long An province. In early April 2025, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized a visit, encouragement and gifts for workers who had work accidents and were in difficult circumstances at MIEN HUA Precision Mechanical Company Limited (Tan An City).

Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation - Le Thi Thu Cuc presented gifts to workers and laborers

It is known that MIEN HUA Precision Mechanical Company Limited is facing many difficulties in production and business activities, leading to the income of employees being affected. Accompanying the enterprise and employees, the Provincial Labor Federation visited and encouraged the Company's Board of Directors and employees; presented 50 gifts to employees who had occupational accidents and were in difficult circumstances. Of which, 21 gifts were for employees who had occupational accidents, 29 gifts were for employees who were in difficult circumstances . Each gift was worth 1 million VND, including 700,000 VND in cash and necessities worth 300,000 VND.

Mr. Le Hoang Nhu - Employee of MIEN HUA Precision Mechanical Co., Ltd., shared: “During the process of operating the machine at work, I injured my eye, so now I have poor vision in one eye. The Board of Directors of the Company and the Trade Unions at all levels care about me, creating favorable conditions for me in my work as well as taking care of my life . In the current difficult period, I am very excited to receive a gift from the Provincial Federation of Labor. The gift not only helps my family reduce difficulties but also is a great encouragement for me to make more efforts and be more attached to the Company and the Trade Union organization”.

At the ceremony, Permanent Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor - Le Thi Thu Cuc visited, encouraged and shared difficulties with the Board of Directors and employees of MIEN HUA Precision Mechanical Company Limited. She also highly appreciated the efforts of the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union and the Board of Directors of the Company in building harmonious and stable labor relations at the enterprise. She hoped that the Executive Board of the grassroots Trade Union would coordinate with the Board of Directors of the Company to continue to care for and look after the jobs, lives and incomes of employees, and wished the Company to overcome difficulties and develop sustainably.
