According to the plan of the Hanoi People's Committee, Thong Nhat Park is the only fireworks display location on the evening of April 27. The event is part of the special art program "Vang mai khuc khai trien" (Forever Triumphant Resounding), broadcast live on VTV1 at 8:10 p.m. the same day. In addition to Hanoi, the program also has two connecting points in Quang Tri (north of Hien Luong Flagpole) and Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon River Park).

At the same time, they have guided vehicles to move along alternative routes such as Dai Co Viet, Tran Khat Chan, Pho Hue , Hai Ba Trung.

To serve the event, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Hanoi City Police have conducted traffic diversion and restricted traffic through the roads surrounding Thong Nhat Park.

However, due to the large number of people flocking to the area, traffic jams still occur on many nearby roads.
