AI Chatbot supports people and businesses on Binh Phuoc Province Public Service Portal

NDO - On February 18, Binh Phuoc province organized the announcement and deployment of the AI Chatbot function to support people and businesses on the Binh Phuoc Provincial Public Service Portal.

This is a new step forward in digital transformation, administrative reform and building a modern, transparent and effective digital government of the province. AI Chatbot on Binh Phuoc Provincial Public Service Portal is integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) technology, helping to automate consulting and support for people and businesses in the process of using public services.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang, Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Binh Phuoc province, said that in the coming time, Binh Phuoc will continue to upgrade and perfect Chatbot, expand the ability to handle more complex situations, integrate AI and Big Data to personalize user experience; At the same time, Chatbot will be connected to the VNeID system, helping to authenticate identity and support people to carry out procedures safely and quickly.

The consulting unit introduces some utilities of the AI Chatbot function to support people and businesses on the Binh Phuoc Provincial Public Service Portal.

The deployment of AI Chatbot not only helps save people's time and effort, but also helps administrative agencies improve work efficiency, reduce pressure on the department receiving and processing documents. This system also contributes to creating a transparent and modern administrative environment, encouraging people and businesses to use online public services instead of having to go directly to state agencies.

At the announcement ceremony of the deployment of the AI Chatbot feature, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc province Tran Tuyet Minh requested the Department of Information and Communications to continue to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to continue updating and upgrading the system to ensure that people and businesses' opinions on the system are answered quickly, promptly and optimize the response of AI Chatbot. Departments and branches continue to coordinate with the Department of Information and Communications in the process of providing and updating AI Chatbot training data. Updated information must ensure timely, complete and accurate content related to the management field of the unit.

For the AI Chatbot feature to be effective, authorities at all levels need to step up guidance and propaganda about AI Chatbot so that people know about it for convenience in looking up, searching and using it.
