Chau Thanh: Meeting of the District Resistance Cadre Liaison Committee

Attending the event were Mr. Than Van Nhan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chau Thanh district.

Chau Thanh district leaders presented gifts to the Liaison Committee.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Than Van Nhan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council affirmed that the victories of the resistance war against French colonialism and American imperialism and the development of Chau Thanh district as it is today have had great contributions from veteran revolutionaries and cadres who participated in the resistance war, dedicating their strength and intelligence in labor, production, work and combat.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee requested that localities, agencies, units, and each individual of today's generation, with specific and practical actions, with a high sense of responsibility, proactively and creatively carry out many activities to repay gratitude, visit revolutionary elders and families of policy beneficiaries to express deep gratitude to those who have devoted and sacrificed for the revolutionary cause, national liberation and national reunification.

At the meeting, the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Military Command of Chau Thanh district presented many gifts to the Liaison Committee of Resistance Cadres of Chau Thanh district.
