According to initial information, at around 4:50 this morning (January 15), a fire broke out at a house located at 4 Hang Luoc (Hang Ma ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi ).

Upon receiving the fire alarm, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Hoan Kiem District Police dispatched 3 cars and 2 support vehicles to the scene to put out the fire.

It is known that the fire occurred at a 4-storey house selling fresh flowers and silk flowers. The fire killed 4 people in the family. The authorities brought the bodies of the 4 victims down to the medical facility.

Fire fighting and rescue work is still ongoing.
